Do you accept referrals?

We are happy to accept referrals from other dental offices. Many of our patients also refer us to their family and friends. Your referrals are our best compliments!

What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?

In case of a true dental emergency, please contact our office voice mail and describe the nature of your condition. We will return your call as soon as possible, give you helpful information over the phone, and then determine if you need to be seen immediately.

How can I safely whiten my teeth?

There are various procedures available to help whiten your smile, from take home custom trays to in-office treatments (we use Zoom). We will evaluate the potential for whitening your teeth based on their current color and the causes of any discoloration. You will probably spend anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks undergoing a series of simple whitening treatments.

What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?

Our team is well trained in state-of-the-art sterilization techniques designed to ensure patient safety. In addition to wearing gloves and facemasks to prevent passing germs, we use a specialized sterilization center and a water filtration system that guarantees a fresh water source for each patient. We also only use digital x-rays which means you experience up to 90% less radiation.

What makes you different than any other dental practice I can visit?

When you become a patient of our practice, you become a member of our “family.” As such, we treat you like we would treat our families. We use a “team approach”in every aspect of our practice, whether we are discussing dental implants, basic hygiene, or creation of a new smile. And finally, we infuse our expertise and knowledge with compassion and warmth.

My gums bleed after I brush. Is this something to be concerned about?

Bleeding gums following brushing may alarm you. However, the condition may or may not require attention, depending on the source of the problem. Bleeding gums can be caused by any of the following: improper, rough, ‘scrubbing’instead of gentle, circular brushing motions; using a hard-bristled tooth brush instead of a soft one; plaque and/or tartar build-up below the gum line; or gum sensitivity due to gingivitis or periodontal disease. If this problem occurs every time you brush, contact our office to set up an evaluation appointment.

I really do not like visiting the dentist, is there anything you can do to help me relax?

We realize that you may feel nervous or even uncomfortable about having dental work done, so we do everything we can to create a relaxing atmosphere for you. All of our team members are truly gentle, caring, and compassionate individuals, and your comfort is always top of mind. And for your entertainment and distraction, we have DVD movies available so you can keep your mind on pleasant things. We also offer laughing gas and local anesthesia.

What is Smile Analysis?

A smile analysis determines the proper aesthetics of your new smile based on your facial symmetry, lip line, and phonetics. Each person has a unique “perfect”smile that is proportional and flattering to your face. We can use Smile Analysis to show you ahead of time what your best smile can look like.

What is Smile Design?

When designing your new smile, we use the information gathered during your Smile Analysis to create a customized treatment plan that will best meet your aesthetic goals. Since no two patients are alike, no two treatment plans are exactly alike.
