Cosmetic dentistry refers to any procedure that helps to improve the smile of a person. By definition, cosmetic dentistry is a field that focuses on the appearance of the patient, but does not address the function part. Cosmetic dentistry is neither frivolous nor unnecessary, as some people tend to believe. Aesthetics are an integral part of the human psyche, and this need of every human ought to be addressed sensitively. Cosmetic dentistry is able to appreciate this need of human beings, and provides the optimal solutions to enhance the oral appearance of the patients.
